Job Description:<\/p>\n
\tAs the Client Service Representative, you will report directly to the Internal Sales Manager and be responsible for the critical link between customers and the organisation\u2014ensuring that accounts are effectively managed, customer needs are understood and met, and internal teams are aligned to deliver high-quality products and services on time and to standard.<\/p>\n
To be considered for this position, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAct as the primary point of contact for accounts and day-to-day client service inquiries.
\n\tBuild, maintain, and grow strong, long-term customer relationships through consistent engagement and service excellence.
\n\tMaintain an active oversight of accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and sustainable growth.
\n\tHandle customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating where necessary to ensure resolution.
\n\tPrepare for and participate in Level 2 client meetings where required.
\n\tKeep abreast of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
\n\tAchieve growth targets and sales objectives through effective account management and collaboration with sales coordinators.
\n\tUnderstand ideal customer profiles and how they align with company products and services.
\n\tProcess sales orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy, quality standards, and agreed deadlines are met.
\n\tMaintain regular communication with clients regarding order status, lead times, and delivery schedules.
\n\tLiaise closely with production, logistics, and external sales teams to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
\n\tProvide timely and accurate information to internal sales coordinators and relevant departments.
\n\tMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, features, and benefits.
\n\tMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and account information.
\n\tComply fully with Quality and Food Safety Management Systems, including policies, SOPs, and work instructions.
\n\tMaintain a clean-as-you-go work practice.
\n\tAdhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Work experience and other skills<\/p>\n
\tMinimum: Matric or higher
\n\tMinimum: 1 to 4 years internal sales experience (advantageous)
\n\tManufacturing environment: 3 to 4 years
\n\tExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
\n\tResult-orientated mindset
\n\tValid Driver\u2019s licence
\n\tKnowledge of printing and production flow
\n\tSales and Customer Interaction
\n\tUnderstanding of customer service and order-to-delivery workflows<\/p>\n
