Requirements Elicitation & Management<\/p>\n
\tLead complex requirements gathering engagements using appropriate methodologies (e.g., workshops, interviews, process mapping).

\n\tManage scope changes and maintain a controlled requirements baseline.

\tConduct end-to-end business process reviews and gap analyses.

\n\tEnsure alignment with governance, compliance, and risk frameworks.

\tPromote best practices in business analysis methodologies and tools.
\n\tContribute to the development of frameworks, templates, and standards.
\n\tStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
\n\tSupport risk identification and mitigation planning within projects.
\n\tContribute to audit readiness and governance reporting.
\n\tEnsure documentation standards and quality assurance processes are maintained.<\/p>\n
Solution Design & Validation<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with solution architects, developers, and vendors to design fit-for-purpose solutions.
\n\tEvaluate solution options through feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
\n\tSupport system configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.

Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tB Degree or B Tech in a relevant or equivalent qualification and field.
\n\tRecognised Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP \/ Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent).<\/p>\n

\tSpecialist \u2013 8 years of work experience, 4 years of business Analysis experience.<\/p>\n
