Primary purpose of the job:<\/p>\n
\tReporting to the Process Engineering Manager, this position requires the services of an individual to ensure that customer requirements are met with regards to geometry and quality of the product delivered<\/p>\n

\n\tUnderstanding of a measuring report (robotic assembly of steel and aluminium automotive components)
\n\tCore Tool: FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control plans and Six Sigma Green Belt<\/p>\n

Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12\/NQF Level 4
\n\tNational Diploma in Mechanical\/ Industrial Engineering
\n\tTertiary qualification in TQM
\n\tQualified Toolmaker\/Millwright will be an advantage.
\n\tMinimum 5 years of quality experience within the automotive environment
\n\tMinimum 3 years manufacturing experience within the automotive environment
\n\tMinimum 3 years working experience in the use of Quality Core Tools: SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control plans & Six Sigma Green Belt<\/p>\n
