Job Description<\/p>\n
\tOur client, a well-established construction contractor, is looking for an experienced Site Agent to join their team in Cape Town
\n\tThis role involves managing small to medium-sized building contracts (R50m\u2013R300m) and contributing to sub-sections of larger contracts valued at R300m and above<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBTech in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or a BSc degree in Construction Management
\n\tAtleast 5 years of building construction experience \u2014 ideally with exposure to large-scale projects
\n\tProven track record managing site teams, subcontractors, and complex construction programmes
\n\tStrong command of construction contracts and their practical administration
\n\tSound understanding of construction costs, procurement, and quality management
\n\tProficient in relevant construction software; BIM exposure is advantageous
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English
\n\tHighly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure
\n\tValid driver’s license<\/p>\n
