Job Overview<\/p>\n
\tThe Software Developer will be responsible for translating detailed technical designs into high-quality, scalable software solutions through coding and system configuration. The role also includes providing technical guidance, support and mentorship to Junior and Intermediate Developers, ensuring best practices and development standards are consistently followed. This position requires strong hands-on development expertise combined with leadership capabilities to foster team growth and delivery excellence.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Software Development & Design Implementation<\/p>\n
\tTranslate detailed technical and functional designs into working software solutions.
\n\tDevelop, test and deploy high-quality code in line with project requirements.
\n\tConfigure systems and applications to meet business and technical specifications.
\n\tEnsure code is efficient, maintainable, reusable and scalable.
\n\tParticipate in system integration and ensure compatibility across platforms.
\n\tTroubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t3\u20136+ years of experience in software development.
\n\tProven experience in implementing detailed technical designs.
\n\tExperience mentoring or guiding Junior Developers is highly advantageous.<\/p>\n
Technical Skills<\/p>\n
\tProficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
\n\tExperience with application configuration and system integration.
\n\tFamiliarity with development frameworks and tools relevant to the organisation.
\n\tStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
\n\tKnowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
\n\tExperience with Agile\/Scrum methodologies (preferred).<\/p>\n
Preferred\/Advantageous<\/p>\n
\tExperience in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
\n\tExposure to DevOps practices and CI\/CD pipelines.
\n\tPrior experience in enterprise-level system development.
\n\tCertifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.<\/p>\n
