If so, we are looking for you!\u00a0Meridian Wine Distribution\u00a0is looking to hire an\u00a0Export Controller\u00a0for a well-known liquor company based in\u00a0Cape Town.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities Include:<\/p>\n
\tEnsuring cost effectiveness across the export supply chain. Focusing on efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction.
\n\tAttend to all customer queries relating to orders
\n\tBuild relationships with all service providers and export customers, whether this be existing or potential customers.
\n\tContinuously build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
\n\tAssist with building business models in a collaborative process with our partners.
\n\tEnsure all orders received via email and telephone are captured accurately and timeously on the BC system in accordance with order placement cut off times.
\n\tEnsure all orders are captured accurately in accordance with order capture accuracy KPI.
\n\tEnsure all sales quotes are captured accurately.
\n\tConvert sales quotes to sales orders as required.
\n\tInitiate query with finance for on hold accounts by placing all info onto the Blocked Accounts Google shared Doc.
\n\tEffectively manage emails including making use of correct email etiquette and actioning emails timeously.
\n\tEnsure all email orders have an email order confirmation in accordance with SOP.
\n\tEnsure all calls are answered in accordance with SLAs. Answer calls with the appropriate telephone etiquette.
\n\tAttend to and resolve all customer queries relating to orders in accordance with query management SLAs.
\n\tNotice needs to be given to the department of agriculture of when loading needs to be done.
\n\tIf Declaration of Loading is required, this needs to be arranged prior to delivery.
\n\tAny issues need to be dealt with effectively and timeously and certificates need to be effectively managed in terms of when each of them expires.
\n\tObtain POD\u2019s for all export orders.
\n\tLiaise with Finance and the BC team regarding the implementation of the correct Pro-Forma \/ Export documentation and make recommendations about the content and the layout.
\n\tApply and or arrange for ZIB\u2019s for Bonded stock ensuring client has sent SAWIS 6 documents. Ensure that all transfers are declared at SARS.
\n\tPOS material for exports is delivered.
\n\tAssisting with the creation of new customer accounts.
\n\tClosely liaise with Procurement regarding stock levels.
\n\tEnsure accurate records of customer Export Orders are actioned in the time frame required. All Export Documentation is accurately executed.
\n\tFollow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained.
\n\tPlan and prioritise activities, demonstrating ability to manage competing demands.
\n\tDemonstrate ability to anticipate and manage change.
\n\tDemonstrate flexibility in balancing achievement of own objectives with the ability to understand and respond to organisational needs.
\n\tEnsure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations.
\n\tEnsure adherence to cyber security training requirements and compliance.
\n\tTake full responsibility for the continuous development of leadership capability by growing leadership skills and knowledge, as well as participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organisations etc.
\n\tThis also includes participating in all leadership focused training and development initiatives presented by the company.
\n\tTake full responsibility for performance management of all direct reports, managing their performance in relation to quality standards and agreed benchmarks and objectives.
\n\tThis entails motivating, inspiring and supporting employees to drive high morale within team.<\/p>\n
