\tMiWay Insurance is hiring a recent graduate with 0-2 years\u2019 work experience to work in a dynamic and evolving supply chain environment to gain exposure to the decision-making processes in procurement and to further career growth in a fast and dynamic industry.\u00a0
\n\tThe Procurement Administrator will support the procurement governance function by ensuring compliance with internal policies, managing procurement systems, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
\n\tThe successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that the procurement processes adhere to legal, ethical, and company guidelines. This role requires someone who can handle pressure, think systemically, and is process driven.<\/p>\n

Minimum Qualification Required<\/p>\n
\tUndergraduate in Supply Chain Management or Information Technology is essential.
\n\tPostgraduate degree in Supply Chain and Information Technology is highly advantageous.<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience<\/p>\n
\t0-2 years\u2019 experience in a work-related field.\u00a0
\n\tPrior experience working in procurement, governance, or a related field is beneficial.
\n\tFamiliarity with procurement systems such as Searchlight or any ERP system is beneficial.
\n\tKnowledge and application on MS Office, Excel is essential.
\n\tKnowledge of Basic SQL and PowerBi.<\/p>\n

\tProficiency in ERP systems (Searchlight preferred).
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
\n\tStrong organisational skills with attention to detail.
\n\tSystems thinking and methodical approach to problem-solving.
\n\tStrong process orientation and ability to follow through on tasks.
\n\tAnalytical skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.<\/p>\n
