Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tSouth African citizen;
\n\tGrade 12 essential;
\n\tClear criminal record;
\n\t5 years\u2019 experience in petrol and diesel mechanic , preferably on Turf Machinery;
\n\tQualification in Diesel, Petrol, Electrical &\/or Hydraulics mechanics with Turf Machinery will be beneficial;
\n\tExposure to a highly complex and progressive business environment;
\n\tFair and consistent interpretation and application of Technical and SHEQR policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
\n\tProficient in various computer programs such as MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMaintenance of all Turf Machinery based on site.
\n\tSHERQ), driving a SHERQ culture as mandated by legislation.
\n\tAdvice and support Operations when technical issues occur.
\n\tEnsure Operations and Finance receive correct and correct information to fulfill forecasts.
\n\tOrganize and manage field support with operations.
\n\tFamiliarized with the operations processes and ensure that safe and best practices are being adhered to.
\n\tOversee all special Technical projects including operational process improvements.
\n\tMonitor the effectiveness of the implementation of the Technical strategy and plans within Landscape and Turf.
\n\tStandardization of all documents to be aligned with the ISO 9001 standards and become a champion.<\/p>\n
