Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nWhat You\u2019ll Need to Succeed<\/p>\n
\tMatric with strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential).
\n\t2\u20133 years\u2019 administrative experience, preferably in IR, HR, or legal environments.
\n\tStrong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n\tAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
\n\tKnowledge of BCEA, LRA, and CCMA processes will be advantageous.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nAbout the Role
\nAs an IR Administrator, you\u2019ll be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tManaging CCMA correspondence, filing, and accurate logging of matters.
\n\tScheduling conciliations and ensuring all documentation is prepared.
\n\tMaintaining the Enquiry Pack Log and IR Stats.
\n\tProviding general administrative support to the IR Department, including preparing bundles, managing stationery, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
\n\tLiaising with CCMA, unions, attorneys, and internal managers to ensure compliance with all procedures.<\/p>\n
