\tClover is looking for a Receptionist to join our Head Office team. The successful candidate will provide a reception and switchboard service to all internal and external clients of the company and building of a corporate image by rendering this service.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\tGrade 12
\n\tBusiness English: Fluent
\n\tExperience in working with senior management
\n\tComputer literacy (Basic)<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nReceive, switch and screen calls<\/p>\n
\tForward and follow up telephone queries
\n\tUpdate and distribute internal and external telephone numbers e.g. branch numbers
\n\tProgram different functions on the switchboard
\n\tEnsure all calls are answered promptly and professionally
\n\tAssist staff with internal numbers and international calls<\/p>\n
Handle reception and requests \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that the reception area is kept clean and tidy
\n\tArrange beverages for guests in waiting area
\n\tSupply directions to people and clients that needs to visit Clover
\n\tSupply corporate information
\n\tBook meeting rooms when necessary
\n\tArrange beverages for guests in waiting area
\n\tPrint, scan and fax documents<\/p>\n
Provide stationery and equipment at Reception \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that equipment is signed out and back in again
\n\tSupply pens, etc. for visitors \/ staff
\n\tInform maintenance staff of jobs that need to be done
\n\tArrange decorations and flowers for Reception
\n\tAssist applicants to complete application forms for interviews<\/p>\n
