Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tLead and oversee all branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning across all departments and service areas
\n\tAssign, manage, and monitor staff responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence
\n\tInspire, coach, and manage branch employees to maintain a motivated, productive, and high-performing team
\n\tCreate and maintain a positive working environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and staff development
\n\tBuild strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
\n\tEnsure excellent service delivery standards while effectively resolving customer queries and operational challenges
\n\tDrive sales growth and branch profitability by implementing strategies to achieve and exceed branch targets
\n\tMonitor and manage branch financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability within a high-turnover environment
\n\tEnsure full compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and industry regulations
\n\tMaintain health and safety standards by overseeing audits, enforcing safety procedures, and ensuring a safe workplace environment
\n\tAnalyse branch reports and operational performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective measures
\n\tSupport employee training and development initiatives to enhance team capability and overall branch performance
\n\tManage branch stock control processes and ensure accurate inventory management
\n\tImplement and maintain effective internal control procedures and audit management processes within the branch<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12)
\n\tMinimum 3\u20135 years\u2019 relevant management experience
\n\tRelevant qualification will be advantageous
\n\tStrong leadership and people management skills
\n\tExcellent organisational and administrative abilities
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related office software
\n\tStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tProven ability to achieve customer service standards and sales targets
\n\tExperience managing branch stock and operational controls
\n\tSound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards
\n\tExperience with internal control implementation and audit management<\/p>\n
