Credit Proposition & Commercialisation<\/p>\n
\tDesign and optimise\u00a0end-to-end credit journeys\u00a0across application, allocation, servicing and maintenance
\n\tDefine\u00a0business rules and decisioning strategies\u00a0to maximise customer value and profitability
\n\tTranslate customer insights and personas into\u00a0relevant, personalised credit recommendations and offers
\n\tDrive the transition from\u00a0product-led to customer-led credit strategies<\/p>\n
Customer Experience (CX) & Journey Design<\/p>\n
\tOwn and drive\u00a0customer experience (CX) outcomes\u00a0across the credit lifecycle
\n\tDesign\u00a0intuitive, frictionless and digitally-led credit journeys\u00a0that improve conversion, utilisation and satisfaction
\n\tIdentify and eliminate\u00a0customer pain points and drop-offs\u00a0across onboarding, decisioning and collections
\n\tEmbed\u00a0UX best practices and human-centred design principles\u00a0into credit products and processes
\n\tPartner with digital, CX and design teams to ensure\u00a0consistent, seamless omni-channel experiences<\/p>\n
Next-Generation Capability Development<\/p>\n
\tIncubate and embed\u00a0advanced credit capabilities\u00a0(data science, behavioural insights, ECM, rewards)
\n\tLeverage data to\u00a0optimise engagement, utilisation and collections strategies
\n\tIdentify\u00a0customer-level triggers\u00a0to drive timely, contextualised credit interventions
\n\tEnhance both\u00a0customer experience and operational efficiency\u00a0through smarter decisioning<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t8\u201310 years\u2019 leadership experience within\u00a0banking, lending or financial services
\n\tStrong background in\u00a0credit strategy, lending, or portfolio optimisation
\n\tProven experience driving\u00a0customer experience (CX) or digital transformation initiatives
\n\tExperience working across\u00a0risk, product, analytics and customer experience teams<\/p>\n
