\n\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for the financial administration of the company\u2019s payroll system whilst maintaining strict confidentiality standards.
\n\tResponsible for timely and accurate delivery of payroll and internal customer service, including recordkeeping and reporting. Provides accounting and project management support to Finance.<\/p>\n

\t5\u00a0years\u2019 experience in a payroll related position<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do For The Brand:<\/p>\n
\tProcess payroll and maintain payroll information accurately as required, ensuring all transactions are authorized, recorded and documented. This includes checking of transactions uploaded by the time and attendance officers.
\n\tEnsure all new engagements financials are correct on the payslips i.e. allowances, deductions, company contributions and fringe benefits.\u00a0
\n\tMovements \u2013 Global Transfers ensure transfer is to correct company and all financials has been updated on pay rate details.\u00a0 Tax profile is also correct as per Global Transfer documents.\u00a0Allowances, deductions, company contributions and fringe benefits are correct on the payslip.\u00a0
\n\tMovements \u2013 transfer changes i.e. salary changes\/promotions or additional allowances has been updated on the payroll system.\u00a0
\n\tTerminations \u2013 Ensure termination is moved to termination payroll run.\u00a0 Load all financials to be paid out for the termination as well as any outstanding deductions are recovered.\u00a0
\n\tApplicable Custom Forms on the Payroll System is executed for Engagements, Movements and terminations to ensure all checks are done.\u00a0
\n\tAll integration errors, quality issues, or deadlines not met are logged on the Quality Alert Tracker on MS Teams and to follow through with resolution.
\n\tEnsure all deductions i.e. Acknowledgement of Debt, Loans are loaded timeously.\u00a0
\n\tAdhoc payments to be processed timeously e.g. Claims or out of cycle payments.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure all Employee Change requests and claims have been approved and processed on payroll.\u00a0
\n\tMonitor the Payroll Shared Mailbox for integration notifications to action and other payroll related queries and requests e.g. Payslip query.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure completeness of the payroll \u2013 all employees are included, and all changes and leave processed correctly, and appropriate checks done.
\n\tEnsure consolidated salary packs and checks are completed prior to salary spreadsheets going out for sign off.
\n\tEnsure final monthly packs and reports are prepared timeously.
\n\tEnsure that salaries (spreadsheet and required documents) are signed off \/ authorized by the appropriate manager(s). Ensure that sign off (spreadsheet) balances to the payroll\/pay register, for all pay runs.
\n\tEnsure that salaries are correctly and timeously paid, and that provident funds, statutory and payroll related payments (external providers) are paid by the due dates,
\n\tPrepare and maintain related payroll records,
\n\tPreparing reports, analysis, summaries, journals, statutory submissions and reconciliations timeously as required. e.g. RM reports and Provident Fund reconciliations.\u00a0
\n\tProvide accounting support to Finance Team.
\n\tAll internal customer queries to be logged and resolved within 24 hours.\u00a0
\n\tApply the internal customer experience payroll training when dealing with your internal customers.\u00a0
\n\tAdhere to all Payroll deadlines daily\/weekly and monthly basis.
\n\tKeep abreast of all changes within the Payroll department.\u00a0
\n\tLive and apply the Hollywood Group values.\u00a0
\n\tConfidentiality of all Payroll information is to be maintained at all times.\u00a0
\n\tGeneral admin duties and reporting as required.
\n\tAdditional adhoc functions may be required.<\/p>\n
