A vacancy in Future Toyota: Service Operations (Johannesburg) reports to the Manager: Service Operations and focuses on managing and maintaining key system integrations (WYW, ES, FIR) that support business functions.
\n\tThe role involves overseeing system performance, supporting enhancements, and identifying new integration opportunities as business needs evolve. It requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving processes, workflows, automation, and implementing best practices.
\n\tThe position also works closely with cross-functional teams across TSAM, including Sales & Marketing, Parts, Technical, Suppliers, and the dealer network, to ensure smooth integration and operational alignment across the business.<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/p>\n
\tManagement and implementation of TSAM While you wait service and Express Service project.
\n\tCreation and monitoring of Implementation plans
\n\tSupporting Dealers with their While you wait implementation progress.
\n\tProviding support to Dealers and DM\u2019s on Kodawari and Fix It Right.
\n\tProvide dealers with TSAM Express Service Training (SM, SA, Technicians, etc.)
\n\tImplementation and evaluation of TSAM Express Service to qualifying dealers.
\n\tImprovement and adherence to After Sales Franchise Standards at Dealer Level.
\n\tParticipate in the creation of best practice documentation, process\/workflow mapping, and user guides.
\n\tEstablishment of frameworks and processes in the Service Department to improve customer experience results and promote sales and service collaboration to waiting for customers.
\n\tStrong organizational skills and the ability to balance, prioritize, and manage multiple projects of differing priorities and deadlines.
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication and the ability to create comprehensive and accurate documentation.
\n\tPromotes continuous improvement, innovation, sharing, and ownership of work through various departments. (Small Group and root cause activities).
\n\tEnsure sustainability through resource development (housekeeping, elimination of waste, and standardisation).
\n\tFocus on and promote quality and safety in the work environment.
\n\tMeasurement of key performance areas to identify abnormalities.
\n\tProvide training to the TSAM Field staff for express service.
\n\tRequirement to travel frequently (Locally, inter-provincial, and neighboring countries)<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:<\/p>\n
\tNQF level 5 (240 Credits) studying towards 360 credits
\n\tPC Literacy: MS Excel & Word intermediate to advance level.
\n\tBasic knowledge of the major Dealer Management Systems (Autoline, Automate, Motodata)
\n\tE-Toyota One service application expert
\n\tDealer Network experience (Parts and Service)
\n\tProduct and general automotive business knowledge (Sales, Service, and Parts Management).
\n\tUnderstanding the fundamentals of supply chain and inventory management.
\n\tCustomer handling skills
\n\tBasic financial skills (Parts & Services)
\n\tExcellent verbal and writing skills.<\/p>\n
