Overview:<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team within the motor industry.
\n\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, providing product information, and supporting external sales activities to ensure excellent customer service and sales growth.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Assist customers telephonically and at the sales counter
\n\tProcess customer orders and quotations accurately
\n\tProvide product advice and pricing information
\n\tFollow up on customer queries and back orders
\n\tSupport external sales representatives where required
\n\tMaintain strong customer relationships
\n\tAchieve sales targets and contribute to branch performance<\/p>\n
Requirements and experience:<\/p>\n
\tDegree in marketing, business, or related field. (beneficial)
\n\tGrade 12
\n\t2\u20133 years\u2019 proven internal sales experience within the motor \/ automotive parts industry
\n\tExcellent communication and negotiation skills
\n\tCustomer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships
\n\tComputer literacy and experience working with sales systems
\n\tAbility to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
\n\tStrong administrative and organisational skills<\/p>\n
