The Role:<\/p>\n
\tThe Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of facilities across the C4 Hub in Jet Park and the Burgersfort branch. The role focuses on contractor management, maintenance coordination, facilities administration, and SHEQ compliance to ensure a safe and well-maintained working environment aligned with South African regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate contractor inductions, compliance, and performance in line with company standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA).
\n\tManage preventative and corrective maintenance activities across multiple sites, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
\n\tLiaise with contractors, service providers, and operational teams to ensure maintenance and facilities requirements are effectively executed.
\n\tConduct site inspections to identify risks, defects, and improvement opportunities.
\n\tMaintain accurate maintenance records, safety files, compliance documentation, and audit requirements.
\n\tSupport SHEQ initiatives, incident investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement programmes
\n\tMonitor maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.
\n\tAssist with infrastructure upgrades, space optimisation, and facilities improvement projects.
\n\tCompile facilities performance reports, including maintenance KPI\u2019s, energy usage, and compliance metrics.
\n\tSupport operational readiness across geographically separate facilities, including regular travel to Burgersfort.<\/p>\n
Your Profile:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ Equivalent Qualification
\n\tDiploma\/National Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Management, or related field (NQF Level 6).
\n\t3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in facilities coordination within warehouse, logistics, or industrial environments.
\n\tKnowledge of South African SHEQ legislation and contractor compliance requirements.
\n\tExperience in contractor management and maintenance coordination.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s licence and willingness to travel between sites.
\n\tExperience with CMMS\/planned maintenance systems.
\n\tExperience in relevant standards and systems (ISO14001, ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 etc.)\u00a0<\/p>\n
Advantageous Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tSAMTRAC or NEBOSH certification.
\n\tProject Management qualification or relevant experience.
\n\tGCC certification (where applicable).
\n\tSAFMA membership.<\/p>\n

\n\tExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability.
\n\tAbility to manage multiple priorities across different sites.
