Insights Analyst is responsible for providing real-time commercial, operational and customer insights across the full parent lifecycle &#8211; from lead generation and enrolment through to collections, retention and customer experience.<br \/>\n\tThe role exists to improve decision-making, operational visibility and commercial performance by transforming fragmented operational data into actionable insights that support enrollment growth, collections performance, utilisation, customer experience and profitability across the network.<br \/>\n\tThe analyst will support Sales, Marketing, Finance, Schools and Collections through advanced reporting, dashboard development, customer insight analysis and performance deep dives that identify operational risks, trends and improvement opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Reports To: Head of Sales and Collections<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Sales &amp; Enrolment Analytics<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild and manage daily, weekly and monthly enrolment dashboards.<br \/>\n\tTrack the full lead-to-enrolment funnel across all stages.<br \/>\n\tIdentify fallout and friction points within the enrollment journey.<br \/>\n\tMonitor lead quality, conversion rates and sales productivity.<br \/>\n\tAnalyse campaign performance across digital channels.<br \/>\n\tTrack school utilization, enrolment growth and attrition trends.<br \/>\n\tMonitor new school ramp-up performance and capacity risk.<br \/>\n\tProvide insights impacting revenue growth, utilization and EBITDA performance.<\/p>\n<p>Collections &amp; Revenue Analytics<\/p>\n<p>\tProduce real-time collections and cash flow reporting.<br \/>\n\tBuild debt aging and arrears analysis (30\/60\/90\/180+ days).<br \/>\n\tTrack collection rate vs cash rate performance.<br \/>\n\tMonitor parent payment behaviour and collections trends.<br \/>\n\tIdentify high-risk arrears accounts and recovery priorities.<br \/>\n\tAnalyze school-level collections performance and shortfalls.<br \/>\n\tTrack payment arrangements, promises to pay and recovery campaigns.<br \/>\n\tImprove visibility into payment allocation accuracy and bad debt exposure.<\/p>\n<p>Customer Experience &amp; Insights<\/p>\n<p>\tDesign and manage customer experience reporting across all parent touchpoints.<br \/>\n\tAnalyse customer surveys, feedback and parent sentiment trends.<br \/>\n\tIdentify recurring customer pain points across enrolment, billing, collections and communication processes.<br \/>\n\tProduce customer insight reports for operational and leadership teams.<br \/>\n\tTrack customer satisfaction, engagement and service experience metrics.<br \/>\n\tProvide actionable recommendations to improve parent experience and retention.<br \/>\n\tMonitor communication effectiveness and customer response trends<\/p>\n<p>Performance Deep Dives &amp; Business Intelligence<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct operational deep dives to identify root causes impacting performance.<br \/>\n\tAnalyse large datasets across spreadsheets, Google Sheets and operational systems.<br \/>\n\tConsolidate fragmented operational data into meaningful business insights.<br \/>\n\tBuild executive-ready dashboards and automated reporting solutions.<br \/>\n\tDevelop BI dashboards and visual reporting for leadership teams.<br \/>\n\tSupport strategic decision-making using data trends and forecasting.<br \/>\n\tIdentify operational bottlenecks and efficiency improvement opportunities<\/p>\n<p>Reporting &amp;
