Best Practice<\/p>\n<p>Education and Experience<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Qualification &amp; Experience Required<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor&#8217;s Degree \/ Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or similar AND 8-10 years\u2019 Talent Acquisition experience in a corporate \/ Banking or agency environment, of which 3-4 years is at an operational talent acquisition specialist level.<\/p>\n<p>OR<\/p>\n<p>\tSenior Certificate (NQF 4) AND 15 years\u2019 Talent Acquisition experience in a corporate \/ banking or agency environment, of which 3-4 years is at an operational talent acquisition specialist level.<\/p>\n<p>Job Outputs:<\/p>\n<p>Process<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide Talent Acquisition expertise and advice to business and key stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tManage the provision of Recruitment services to Business and to ensure compliance with HR and Recruitment and Selection policies and procedures in direct support of achievement of organizational objectives.<br \/>\n\tManage full life cycle recruiting process for assigned Roles.<br \/>\n\tDevelop new or creative recruitment solutions, to ensure SARS hires the best possible talent.<br \/>\n\tMonitor and maintain EE audits to ensure that standards and targets in support of the organisational EE Targets are achieved.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and utilize relevant multiple channels to attract and source candidates for the various Business Units.<br \/>\n\tEnsure proactive talent acquisition and retention, for current and future needs.<br \/>\n\tConduct sourcing strategy meetings with Hiring Managers for assigned roles and provide advice and guidance on the best suited methodology to ensure the most qualified candidates are identified.<br \/>\n\tHeadhunting and Talent Mapping of the industry to pipeline resources for area of responsibility.<br \/>\n\tEnhance the candidate journey by fully utilising and maintaining the applicant tracking system.<br \/>\n\tMining of data from various sourcing channels for current and future needs.<br \/>\n\tDesign, track, and report on talent acquisition key metrics to measure and evaluate effectiveness of the Recruitment processes to ensure continuous improvement.<br \/>\n\tTo ensure onboarding of new staff is smooth and effective.<br \/>\n\tEnhance the Employer Brand for talent attraction and retention.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting:<\/p>\n<p>\tDaily update of Master report.<br \/>\n\tClose Recruitment process and ensure Records are loaded<\/p>\n<p>Governance<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and\/or align governance and compliance policies for own practice area to identify and manage risk exposure liability.<\/p>\n<p>People<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide specialist know-how, support, advice, and practice thought leadership in area of expertise.<br \/>\n\tIntegrate new knowledge and transfer skills attained through formal and informal learning opportunities in the execution of your job.<\/p>\n<p>Finance<\/p>\n<p>\tImplement and monitor financial control, management of costs and corporate governance in area of specialisation<\/p>\n<p>Client<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide authoritative, specialist expertise and advice to internal and external stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tParticipate in the specialist practice community and contribute positively to organisation knowledge management.<br \/>\n\tDevelop &amp;
