The position is of strategic importance, as the successful execution of these responsibilities is anticipated to elevate retail data partnerships, enhance service quality, and open new business opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Objectives of the role<\/p>\n<p>\tManaging and growing relationships with key customers, acting as their primary point of contact.<br \/>\n\tEngaging proactively with customers to understand their goals and challenges and offering solutions that align with their needs.<br \/>\n\tDrive sales and renewals for existing accounts, securing &amp; building pipeline, new revenue opportunities and an accurate forecasting while maintaining customer relationships.<br \/>\n\tIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand customer use of the company\u2019s products and services.<br \/>\n\tDevelop a complete and interconnected understanding of customer&#8217;s industry\/business\/markets\/clusters.<br \/>\n\tCollaborating with internal teams to address customer feedback, resolve issues, and ensure the smooth delivery of products and services.<br \/>\n\tServe as the liaison between customers and internal teams, such as product development, sales, and support.<br \/>\n\tAdvocating for the customer within the organisation to ensure their needs are prioritised.<br \/>\n\tImprove coverage through retailer recruitment: Investigate and facilitate new data sourcing using various methods; direct approaches, industry organizations, software providers etc., always aiming to expand and diversify the reach of NIQ&#8217;s data partnerships<br \/>\n\tCommercial excellence is your daily routine: building action plans, nourish and follow your pipeline, look outside the box to open doors and negotiate the best agreement with our partners\/clients.<\/p>\n<p>Required skills and qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.<br \/>\n\t3+ years of experience in commercial &amp;\/or customer success, account management, or customer service roles.<br \/>\n\tAbility to analyse customer data and usage trends to identify areas of improvement.<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding of product management and its impact on customer experience.<br \/>\n\tStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships and work cross-functionally.<br \/>\n\tExcellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach.<br \/>\n\tStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.<br \/>\n\tNegotiation skills to handle complex customer accounts.<br \/>\n\tPreferred skills and qualifications<br \/>\n\tAdvanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.<br \/>\n\tRelevant certification in Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields (e.g., Success HACKER, CSM certification).<br \/>\n\tExperience in SaaS, technology, or FMCG industries.<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of customer success best practices and frameworks.<br \/>\n\tExperience with data analytics and reporting.<br \/>\n\tExperience in managing large enterprise-level accounts.<br \/>\n\tProficiency in handling customer escalations and resolving conflicts.<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>www.linkedin.com<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/www.linkedin.com","_company_name":"NielsenIQ","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"\u201cWe have the ambition to make a real difference in the world; helping our communities and guiding our clients to understand the diverse consumers around the globe while making our organization an amazing place to work for everyone.
