\n\tLocation:\u00a0The successful candidate will be based in Luckhoff. Suitable candidates may alternatively reside in Hopetown, Northern-Cape, with the expectation to travel to Luckhoff for work-related duties.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tAppropriate bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent
\n\tMinimum 2-3 years\u2019 experience in credit evaluation \/ financing administration
\n\tCredit- or financing-related experience in a commercial bank and\/or agricultural co-operative
\n\tWilling to periodically travel to customers and agribusiness functions
\n\tExperience in customer interactions and negotiations
\n\tFluent in Afrikaans and English
\n\tFAIS compliant, RE5 completed or to be completed<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tEvaluate, prepare, and screen credit applications
\n\tAdminister the financing function within the limits specified by company policy
\n\tAssist with the collection of overdue accounts
\n\tAssist with payments of suppliers, member funds as well as shareholder loans by GWK producers
\n\tAssess financial statements, cash flow forecasts, farming budgets, and securities
\n\tIssuing of check requests enquiries, orders, and expense authorizations
\n\tPrepare debtor and ledger journals
\n\tMonth-end procedures to prepare monthly closing on Debtors
\n\tHandling of account queries and other enquiries from clients
\n\tResponsible for general office administration
\n\tLiaise and communicate with internal and external clients and stakeholders<\/p>\n
Skills Required<\/p>\n
\tAdvanced MS Office proficiency
\n\tStrong administrative ability
\n\tExcellent communication and negotiation skills
\n\tAccuracy and attention to detail
\n\tConflict management skills
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
\n\tTeam player with a collaborative approach<\/p>\n
