\tUnifi is seeking an experienced Learning Designer to join our dynamic Learning and Development team. In this critical role, you will create innovative learning experiences that empower our teams and align with Unifi\u2019s strategic goals.
\n\tYou\u2019ll be at the forefront of crafting hybrid learning programs, blending in-person and digital strategies, to drive development across our organization.

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDesign and develop hybrid learning solutions that seamlessly integrate in-person and digital experiences, tailored to support organizational development.
\n\tApply instructional design methodologies to create learner-centered, engaging, and effective content.
\n\tDevelop comprehensive learning objectives, course materials, and assessment tools to meet diverse training needs.
\n\tLeverage cutting-edge educational technologies and multimedia tools to enhance and enrich the learning experience.
\n\tAdapt learning materials to accommodate diverse audiences, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility across all platforms.
\n\tContinuously assess and improve training programs by incorporating feedback and analyzing performance data.
\n\tCollaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational goals.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
\n\tA minimum of 7 years of experience in instructional design and learning and development.
\n\tExpertise in instructional design theories, methodologies, and learning technologies.
\n\tProven track record in designing and developing engaging, impactful learning solutions tailored for adult learners.
\n\tStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
\n\tExcellent communication and collaboration skills.
\n\tBackground in creating training solutions for the financial or retail sectors, or similar industries.
\n\tExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital authoring tools.
\n\tA creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
\n\tExperience in designing and delivering leadership development programs.<\/p>\n
