To qualify for this position, you need:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12.
\n\tMinimum 2 years of experience in a telesales role.
\n\tBe able to make 200 – 250 outbound calls per day.
\n\tMaintain professional telephone etiquette.
\n\tOwn vehicle & valid drivers license.
\n\tPositive, can-do attitude.
\n\tBe professional.
\n\tExperience in the property industry beneficial.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tProspecting and booking 10 consultations per day – including personal meetings or virtual consultations so that the Property Investment Strategist has 6- 8 qualified consultations occurring per day.
\n\tMake a minimum of 200 – 250 calls per day.
\n\tA minimum requirement of 80 qualified and occurred consultations per month.
\n\tWhere opportunity arises, to book an attorney into the meeting.
\n\tMaintaining close client relationships and recording all activities pertaining to dealings with the client on the CRM system (Pipedrive and ZOHO).
\n\tEnsuring that every client is contacted at least 24 times via telephone, SMS, Whatsapp and email over a 6-month period before being marked as lost.
\n\tThorough screening of the client to identify needs and affordability to invest according to the qualifying questions as per the documented script.
\n\tEnsuring that a minimum of 120 activities, which must include SMS, Whatsapp, emails and calls are completed per day.
\n\tAssisting with marketing material and confirming client attendance for seminars and showhouses.
\n\tGeneral reception duties, including front desk, operating switchboard, answering calls, taking messages, and greeting\/attending to clients\/visitors when required.
\n\tPromoting all other services provided by IGrow Wealth Investments and IGrow Group.
\n\tMaintaining a high level of customer service.
\n\tFollow all prescribed communication processes and systems as provided.
\n\tWork on a Saturday from 09:00 \u2013 13:00 on a roster basis.
\n\tAny further duties as requested from time to time.<\/p>\n
