Purpose of the Internship:\u00a0The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates with an opportunity to gain workbased experience. Applications are invited for the\u00a0Internship: Office of the RGM\u00a0for unemployed graduates between the age of\u00a018 and 25.The Internship program will run for a period of\u00a0eighteen (18) months.<\/p>\n
Work based exposure may include any of the following:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain the documentation and regular updating\u00a0 of the document register
\n\tStakeholder management \u2013 Follow-up and resolve all queries within the predefined turnaround times
\n\tGeneral office administration, filing and data capturing related to the claims administration process.
\n\tDiary Management
\n\tAssist in organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
\n\tDraft, proofread, and send emails and memos on behalf of executives.
\n\tScreen and direct phone calls and incoming mail.
\n\tPrepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
\n\tMaintain electronic and physical filing systems.
\n\tAssist with travel arrangements.
\n\tTake and distribute meeting notes or minutes.
\n\tSupport in planning, organizing, and executing small projects or events.
\n\tOrder office supplies and manage inventory<\/p>\n
Qualifications and other Requirements<\/p>\n
\tNQF level 6 Diploma in Office Management\/Administration or Information and Corporate\u00a0Management
\n\tCertified copy of your ID
\n\tCertified copy Academic transcript
\n\tYour CV and motivational letter<\/p>\n
