\tMy client Wilmar SA is offering a 4-year training programme as an Apprentice Millwright towards a trade qualification as a Millwright.<\/p>\n
WHO QUALIFIES?<\/p>\n
\tSouth African citizens from previously disadvantaged groups, in line with the Employment Equity Act 55 of 1998<\/p>\n
Applicants must have acquired a:<\/p>\n
\tSenior Certificate \/ Matric with English passed with a minimum of 50%, and Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy) passed with a minimum of 40%,\u00a0and
\n\tNational N3 Certificate (Engineering Studies) with Engineering Science, Mathematics, trade theory subjects such as Electro Techniques\/Mechano Techniques\/Electrical Technology and an additional trade related technical subject such as Technical Drawings\/Industrial Electronics, all passed with a minimum of 50%<\/p>\n
What is covered in the Fund:<\/p>\n
\tMonthly stipend: R4 434,00 with 3 competency-based stipend adjustments thereafter
\n\tPayment for Institutional Training
\n\tToolkit
\n\tPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE)
\n\tMeal while on training or at work<\/p>\n
