Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDesign highly intuitive user interfaces and user experience for software applications and products, ensuring usability and visual appeal.
\n\tCreate wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
\n\tConduct in-depth user research, including interviews and usability testing, to provide insights based on the agreed design principles.
\n\tCollaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that designs align with project goals.
\n\tParticipate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with team members to solve design challenges and ensure alignment with project goals.
\n\tCollaborate with the team to estimate and prioritize user stories, ensure that work is completed within sprint timelines, and adapt to changing requirements.
\n\tPlan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions.
\n\tIncorporate and analyse the feedback received from users and stakeholders and convert them into design iterations to enhance the functionality and user satisfaction.
\n\tMaintain and contribute to design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
\n\tStay abreast with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to apply innovative solutions to design challenges.
\n\tActively participate in agile development practices such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
\n\tFacilitate design workshops and design sprints with stakeholders to align on project goals and generate ideas.
\n\tDocument design processes, decisions, and user feedback for future reference and improvements.
\n\tDesign user interface and user experience that meet customer needs, adds value, and aligns with business goals, which in turn drives the success of the organization and its products or services.
\n\tProvide guidance and support to junior designers by providing actionable feedback, career advice, and help with overall professional development.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Education:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
\n\tRelevant industry certifications e.g., Certified UX Designer<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\t5+ years of relevant working experience
\n\tMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in UI\/UX design, with a demonstrated ability to deliver effective design solutions
\n\tExpertise in creating and implementing user-centric design solutions
\n\tExperience in working on design projects in a professional environment and collaborating with crossfunctional teams
\n\tAdditional coursework or training in UX design methodologies or tools is a plus<\/p>\n
Skills :<\/p>\n
\tProficiency in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design
\n\tProficient in using design software (e.g.: Figma and other tools)
\n\tBasic knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards\u00a0
\n\tFamiliarity with user research and usability testing methods<\/p>\n
