Job Description<\/p>\n
\tThe ADvTECH Schools Division leads the private sector in the field of education, contributing meaningfully towards the sustainable development of human capacity in South Africa.<\/p>\n
Duties:<\/p>\n
\tAdmission process for new enrolments;
\n\tMarketing of Campus at exhibitions and other events;
\n\tArrange for interviews of prospective parents\/students;
\n\tTake prospective parents\/students on school tour;
\n\tMeet with prospective parents\/students;
\n\tAll administrative duties associated with admission\/enrolment process;
\n\tRegular updating of Campus information brochures;
\n\tLead, plan, direct and implement overall enrolment, communication and marketing strategies
\n\tOversee and actively participate in the creation, design, budget and production of regularly produced events and all school publications.
\n\tCo-ordinate all advertising, publicity, and public relations activities.
\n\tDesign strategies and implement concrete plans to increase awareness, enquiries and enrolments.
\n\tPlan for and deploy digital activities: website, online campaigns, social media and digital content production.
\n\tPlan and manage the department budget in order to maximize the effectiveness of all communications.
\n\tCreate and execute a plan that regularly places the school in local media. Manage all messaging in the media.
\n\tManage all aspects of the school\u2019s print and electronic communications, ensuring the continuity of the school\u2019s brand and logo.
\n\tOversee the work of graphic designers and print vendors in production of printed materials and web visuals.
\n\tParticipate actively in the work and success of the senior leadership team and provide support for school events and administrative jobs as requested.
\n\tOrganise and execute open days, open mornings, school tours and exhibitions.
\n\tConduct competitor research.<\/p>\n
Competencies\/Skills\/Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tExcellent interpersonal and communication skills;
\n\tGood typing, organisational and administrative skills;
\n\tAble to work accurately under pressure;
\n\tAn ability to maintain confidentiality is essential;
\n\tEnthusiastic, energetic and creative;
\n\tMust be a team worker;
\n\tComputer literate;
\n\tGood proficiency in Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook<\/p>\n
Qualifications:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum requirement is a recognized Degree.<\/p>\n
Experience: \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in the same or similar type of position in a similar environment.<\/p>\n
