Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12 or equivalent
\n\tBSc \/ B Eng \/ B Tech in Safety, Environmental or similar
\n\tPost Graduate Qualification in Management or Management Development Programme (MDP)
\n\tRisk Management certificate
\n\t7+ years SHE Planning and Implementation experience within Mining environment.
\n\t4 years\u2019 experience as a Chief Safety Officer or Safety Superintendent
\n\t5+ year\u2019s people management<\/p>\n
