suppliers to within budget.<br \/>\n\tManaging the maintenance team to achieve desired results<\/p>\n<p>Your Duties and Responsibilities&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>MANAGING THE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND STATE OF REPAIR TO EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES<\/p>\n<p>Maintain and repair plant<\/p>\n<p>\tFollow preventative schedule for HVAC<br \/>\n\tCommunicate faults and action plans to CGM\/Ops and Regional MM<br \/>\n\tUse maintenance log in system on intranet for faults<br \/>\n\tAdhere to downtime as stipulated on intranet<br \/>\n\tBe hands on and repair faults where possible<\/p>\n<p>Maintain and repair premises<\/p>\n<p>\tLiaise with landlord\/contractors on issues\/repairs<br \/>\n\tBe hands on and repair and maintain where possible according to brand standards.<\/p>\n<p>Maintain and repair gym equipment<\/p>\n<p>\tComplete and fax\/email downtime reports to relevant contractors.<br \/>\n\tEnsure completion of preventative maintenance as per contractor stipulations<br \/>\n\tMaintain a history of equipment maintenance and preventative schedules<br \/>\n\tBe hands on, repair and maintain equipment according to brand standards<\/p>\n<p>Inspect club to establish daily maintenance tasks<\/p>\n<p>\tDo visual inspection via walkabout.<br \/>\n\tCheck job book, MOD checklists and fitness checklists.<br \/>\n\tCheck pool and enter results on pool log.<br \/>\n\tAction tasks as per brand standards RAP sheet.<br \/>\n\tFollow up all maintenance related issues on the Hey Manager cards.<br \/>\n\tSchedule tasks from preventative maintenance schedule.<br \/>\n\tLiaise with CGM\/Ops Manager on affects to operations in club.<\/p>\n<p>Ensure pool maintenance completed.<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure pool checked and pool key readings recorded according to operating standards.<br \/>\n\tEnsure inspection of weirs conducted.<br \/>\n\tEnsure pool dosed according to readings.<br \/>\n\tEnsure backwashing falls within pressure parameters.<br \/>\n\tEnsure pool internal and external maintained and repaired to brand standards.<br \/>\n\tEnsure temperatures displayed.<br \/>\n\tLiaise with Ops\/CGM and RMM as required.<br \/>\n\tEnsure dosing systems do not run dry<\/p>\n<p>Manage health &amp; safety requirements in the club<\/p>\n<p>\tManage your department to work within the health &amp; safety requirements.<br \/>\n\tFamiliarise yourself with the OSH Act.<\/p>\n<p>MANAGING ACTION PLANS\/PROJECTS TO THE REQUIRED STANDARD<\/p>\n<p>Assist in ensuring that brand standards are maintained<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct regular brand standard checks.<br \/>\n\tAssist in developing RAP.<br \/>\n\tAssist GM\/Ops to manage the RAP to conclusion.<\/p>\n<p>Manage projects to conclusion<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure compliance to job specs.<br \/>\n\tEnsure work areas left in condition found.<br \/>\n\tManage contractor to adhere to health and safety standards.<br \/>\n\tLiaise with relevant parties.<br \/>\n\tSign off contractors job card on completion if satisfactory and quality checked.<br \/>\n\tFollow up on snag lists.<br \/>\n\tRefer snags\/issues to Regional Maintenance Manager.<\/p>\n<p>MANAGING MAINTENANCE PLANS &amp;
