\tTo provide structured, work-based learning that equips participants with the commercial acumen and practical skills to service customers to grow volume, facilitate the order taking process, implement, execute and monitor merchandising standards for direct and indirect customers within a designated geographical area.
\n\tThe role reports to the Account Developer.
\n\tLevel of interaction within and outside of the company as well as the nature and purpose of the interaction<\/p>\n
The role interacts with-<\/p>\n
\tSales Team Members: To collaborate on daily tasks and share knowledge
\n\tSales Account Developer: To receive guidance, training, and feedback on performance and safety protocols. To understand the broader sales process and ensure alignment.
\n\tConsumers: To understand consumer preferences and behaviours, which informs sales strategies and product development.<\/p>\n
Key Duties & Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nIn-Store Execution & Merchandising Excellence<\/p>\n
\tExecute daily call schedules across assigned bronze and tin outlets, ensuring alignment with planned call objectives.
\n\tImplement visual merchandising standards, stock rotation, and in-store displays in line with brand guidelines.
\n\tEnsure product quality, availability, and visibility in line with RED and execution scorecard standards, including completion of the iRED survey.
\n\tSupport and educate customers on placing orders through the MyCCBA platform.
\n\tAssist in the execution of promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
\n\tProvide relief support as needed, as directed by the line manager.<\/p>\n
Skills, Experience & Education\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy (minimum pass rate 40%).
\n\tGrade 12 communication with English and a second language (minimum pass rate 40%).
\n\tMust be a South African Citizen.
\n\tMust be available to work six days a week.
\n\tMust be between the ages of 18 and 35.
\n\tNo criminal record or adverse credit record
\n\tMust consent to have criminal, ID and qualification verification conducted
\n\tDriver’s Licence would be advantageous, (this may be required for driving to different stores)
\n\tMust not be enrolled on any current learnership programme or any full-time studies
\n\tMust not have previously completed the same qualification\/learnership at another company or organisation.
\n\tMust be unemployed at the time of appointment.
\n\tA post matric qualification in Sales & Marketing<\/p>\n
