Merchandising Display:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure store complies with Global standards and guidelines to provide a pleasant shopping experience\u00a0to\u00a0all consumers\u00a0
\n\tEnsure all windows are presented to a high standards including mannequins dressing and positioning, lighting direction, cleanliness, steaming and price communication\u00a0
\n\tIn charge of creating clear Shop \u2013In-Shop\u2019s to emphasize category presentation\u00a0
\n\tEnsure correct use and positioning of In-Store Communication Tools\u00a0
\n\tDress in-store mannequins and place props correctly\u00a0
\n\tApply and maintain Retail Standards\u00a0
\n\tDaily audit using adidas VM compliance Checklist\u00a0
\n\tMonthly submission on VM Compliance Tool including taking and uploading pictures into the system\u00a0
\n\tUpdate weekly the Space Management Tool floor plan and fixture allocation based on product presentation movement. Weekly analysis of Space Management Results with SM and draft common action plan\u00a0
\n\tNight\u00a0shift: campaign change\u00a0
\n\tLead\u00a0store staff\u00a0by example, organize their work time and tasks\u00a0<\/p>\n

\tGlobal Visual Merchandising standards and guidelines, including folding techniques, different hanger types, size order and size curve, steaming and merchandise presentation standards as well as the use of size cubes and size stickers\u00a0
