And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.<\/p>\n<p>Job Description<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities May Include:<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, timely query resolution, and proactive identification of potential issues.<br \/>\n\tReconcile customer accounts, manage equipment balances, and ensure the accurate processing of customer requests on systems such as Siebel.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate and arrange the telephonic collection of pallets, managing EMS customer balances and suspended movements for resolution.<br \/>\n\tConduct site visits, schedule calls, and provide feedback and corrective recommendations to customers and Business Managers to address operational issues.<br \/>\n\tInvestigate and resolve queries from customers and internal teams, ensuring prompt follow-up and adherence to recommendations.<br \/>\n\tProvide electronic system support to the local client base, including managing the helpdesk function where applicable.<br \/>\n\tPerform general office administration tasks, including handling the switchboard, filing, and participating in team projects and initiatives.<br \/>\n\tServe as a backup for TEMS and other team members as needed, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment<br \/>\n\tTEMS Administrator based at Customer Site\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPort Elizabeth &#8211; 12-month Contract role<br \/>\n\tMake an impact on site\u2014deliver outcomes, not just administration.<\/p>\n<p>Purpose of the Role:<\/p>\n<p>\tReporting to the Customer Contact Supervisor, the successful applicant will provide a support service for customers in the area. \u00a0This role is integral as it is the first point of contact for the customer. This role is to assist CHEP in building and maintaining solid relationships with the customer base.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<p>\tGeneral administration and client account reconciliations (query resolution process), inclusive of Debit Authorisations, THAAs<br \/>\n\tReconciling of accounts<br \/>\n\tCredit balance investigations.<br \/>\n\tAccurate filing of client documentation<br \/>\n\tManaging of suspended and rejected movements<br \/>\n\tLogging of necessary Salesforce cases.<br \/>\n\tLogging Collection \/ Return orders when needed.<br \/>\n\tLog necessary escalations to the business via Salesforce<br \/>\n\tSubmitting of weekly updates to Team Leader and Supervisor for CHEP management<br \/>\n\tEnsuring all queries are addressed and resolved in accordance with the Business Rules.<br \/>\n\tEntertain a good customer relationship and escalate all relevant issues to CHEP management.<br \/>\n\tChecking of inbound documents validity \u2013 equipment, quantities etc.<br \/>\n\tOutbound process \u2013 record keeping<br \/>\n\tFacilitating 1-4-1 exchanges<br \/>\n\tIdentify 1-4-1 exchange clients to be converted Transfer clients where possible. \u00a0(If applicable)<br \/>\n\tYard duties include pallet sorting, inspection of pallet quality and reporting any problems.<br \/>\n\tStock counts and reconciling of the counts<br \/>\n\tIssues orders<br \/>\n\tEscalate all noncompliance issues to CHEP<br \/>\n\tLiaise with problem customers to recover outstanding balances.<br \/>\n\tAny other reasonable tasks as delegated by CHEP Management<\/p>\n<p>Ideal Candidate Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric &amp; a Diploma essential, preferably studying towards a business-related Degree.<br \/>\n\tManual Drivers Licence<br \/>\n\t3-5 years Basic Accounts &amp; Reconciliation, including general office duties<br \/>\n\t3 years Customer Service Experience<br \/>\n\tAnalytical Skills<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication skills at all levels<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of Salesforce, myCHEP would be an advantage; proficiency in Word &amp; Excel is preferable.<br \/>\n\tTeam Players who are systematic, accurate, patient and service-orientated will be the best suited to handle this position.<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/global.chep.com ) or<\/p>\n<p>brambles.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/brambles.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com","_company_name":"CHEP","_company_website":"http:\/\/global.chep.com","_company_tagline":"Founded in Australia in 1945, CHEP is a leading provider of pallet and container pooling services for the Aerospace, Automotive, Chemical, Consumer Goods, Fresh Food and Manufacturing industries.
