LINKS<\/p>\n<p>INTERNAL:<\/p>\n<p>\tOn a Site<br \/>\n\tProject representatives of Project management\/ Engineering\/PME\/Sourcing\/Supply Chain\/Quality<br \/>\n\tSite representatives of HR\/EHS\/APSYS<\/p>\n<p>EXTERNAL:<\/p>\n<p>\tWorker representatives<br \/>\n\tLocal Suppliers (limited)<\/p>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<p>\t\u00a0The main responsibilities the phases of the project execution, for the manufacturing activities belonging to the Line\/Workshop are.<\/p>\n<p>The main responsibilities for project execution are.<\/p>\n<p>\tFrom LGR up to CGR<br \/>\n\tFor the activity within the EPU contributes partially to<br \/>\n\tSupply chain set up,<br \/>\n\tQuality plan validation<br \/>\n\tIndustrialization activities.<br \/>\n\tFor manufacturing preparation of the activity within the EPU<br \/>\n\tResponsible for requests for training &amp; qualification of operators, requests for hiring (internal, external, temporary), requests &amp; requirements for sub-contracting<br \/>\n\tResponsible for the industrial process Hand-over from PME to manufacturing<br \/>\n\tResponsible APSYS deployment preparation<br \/>\n\tResponsible for the operators training (covering manufacturing &amp; self-inspections)<br \/>\n\tAs of CGR up to FQA, is responsible for<br \/>\n\tThe finalization of manufacturing preparation for activity within the EPU<br \/>\n\tThe complete scope of manufacturing activities within the EPU, which also includes<br \/>\n\tTask assignment to operators,<br \/>\n\tIntermediate Handover (EPU level) including intermediate applied configuration (= as manufactured), self-inspections, dynamic checklist, NCR, rework, missing parts, waivers\/deviations, incomplete operations,<br \/>\n\tOn time, closing of work orders in MES<br \/>\n\tProductive &amp; Nonproductive hours booked in MES of all operators<br \/>\n\tAPSYS deployment<br \/>\n\tSQCD performance for the activity in the EPU, and tracking the associated KPI<br \/>\n\tContinuous improvement of SQCD performance of the activity in the EPU<br \/>\n\tOptimizations of the workstation\/work center using of APSYS Tools<br \/>\n\tIssues Management for the activity of the EPU<br \/>\n\tIssues are raised in MES on time<br \/>\n\tContribution to corrective action of the issue (e.g. QRQC)<br \/>\n\tExecution of changes to the product, (if applicable)<br \/>\n\tContribution to 1st Train(s) \/products Manufacturing Feedback to support functions in order to improve SQCD performance<br \/>\n\tThe main responsibilities as hierarchical manager of the operators belonging to an EPU (Elementary Production Unit) are<br \/>\n\tResponsible for time management (presence management and activity management) of all employees, and assuring compliance with the local legislation,<br \/>\n\tAccountable for the time reconciliation,<br \/>\n\tResponsible for continuously improving occupational safety, including that of contractors (if applicable) working for the EPU,<br \/>\n\tContribution to the development of the operators, which means further development of the qualification matrix for product-related and technology-related processes, as well as general technological and personal qualification,<br \/>\n\tResponsible for the PMC (People Management Cycle) as per local HR policy,<br \/>\n\tContribution to the application of the corporate policies (EHS, IRIS, Ethics and Compliance),<\/p>\n<p>EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum Higher Technical\/General degree<br \/>\n\tEvery educational requirement can also be obtained by means of experience<\/p>\n<p>EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n<p>\tPrevious position in an industrial environment<br \/>\n\tMinimum of 2-3 years\u2019 experience<br \/>\n\tExperience in Railway industry, preferably within an industrialization environment<br \/>\n\tPrevious position as supervisor<\/p>\n<p>COMPETENCIES &amp;
