\tThe purpose of the job is to Manage all the manufacturing activities for a project(s) in the Line\/Workshop including the responsibilities linked to the position as hierarchical manager of all the employees of the manufacturing organization who belong to this Manufacturing Line\/Workshop.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0The main responsibilities the phases of the project execution, for the manufacturing activities belonging to the Line\/Workshop are.<\/p>\n
The main responsibilities for project execution are.<\/p>\n
\tFrom LGR up to CGR
\n\tFor the activity within the EPU contributes partially to
\n\tSupply chain set up,
\n\tQuality plan validation
\n\tIndustrialization activities.
\n\tFor manufacturing preparation of the activity within the EPU
\n\tResponsible for requests for training & qualification of operators, requests for hiring (internal, external, temporary), requests & requirements for sub-contracting
\n\tResponsible for the industrial process Hand-over from PME to manufacturing
\n\tResponsible APSYS deployment preparation
\n\tResponsible for the operators training (covering manufacturing & self-inspections)
\n\tAs of CGR up to FQA, is responsible for
\n\tThe finalization of manufacturing preparation for activity within the EPU
\n\tThe complete scope of manufacturing activities within the EPU, which also includes
\n\tTask assignment to operators,
\n\tIntermediate Handover (EPU level) including intermediate applied configuration (= as manufactured), self-inspections, dynamic checklist, NCR, rework, missing parts, waivers\/deviations, incomplete operations,
\n\tOn time, closing of work orders in MES
\n\tProductive & Nonproductive hours booked in MES of all operators
\n\tAPSYS deployment
\n\tSQCD performance for the activity in the EPU, and tracking the associated KPI
\n\tContinuous improvement of SQCD performance of the activity in the EPU
\n\tOptimizations of the workstation\/work center using of APSYS Tools
\n\tIssues Management for the activity of the EPU
\n\tIssues are raised in MES on time
\n\tContribution to corrective action of the issue (e.g. QRQC)
\n\tExecution of changes to the product, (if applicable)
\n\tContribution to 1st Train(s) \/products Manufacturing Feedback to support functions in order to improve SQCD performance
\n\tThe main responsibilities as hierarchical manager of the operators belonging to an EPU (Elementary Production Unit) are
\n\tResponsible for time management (presence management and activity management) of all employees, and assuring compliance with the local legislation,
\n\tAccountable for the time reconciliation,
\n\tResponsible for continuously improving occupational safety, including that of contractors (if applicable) working for the EPU,
\n\tContribution to the development of the operators, which means further development of the qualification matrix for product-related and technology-related processes, as well as general technological and personal qualification,
\n\tResponsible for the PMC (People Management Cycle) as per local HR policy,
\n\tContribution to the application of the corporate policies (EHS, IRIS, Ethics and Compliance),<\/p>\n
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tMinimum Higher Technical\/General degree
\n\tEvery educational requirement can also be obtained by means of experience<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tPrevious position in an industrial environment
\n\tMinimum of 2-3 years\u2019 experience
\n\tExperience in Railway industry, preferably within an industrialization environment
\n\tPrevious position as supervisor<\/p>\n
