Job Overview:<\/p>\n
\tFacilitate study setup, including protocol and budget review, leading meetings, and developing project plans.
\n\tPartner with the Study Setup team for quality database setup and oversee protocol documentation.
\n\tPrepare and present protocol-specific materials at Kick Off and Investigator meetings.
\n\tMonitor project plans, timelines, and deliverables, manage documentation, and oversee study monitoring and reporting.
\n\tManage study scope changes and budget monitor quality of the study and any service-related issues, implementing changes as required.
\n\tCollaborate with project management to improve processes and service quality.
\n\tCoordinates company services, such as but not limited to, database setup, data management, and lab operations, and serves as a resource for internal departments.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Life Sciences and\/or related field preferred\u00a0Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
\n\tKnowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and best practice technology.
\n\tMinimum of 18 months experience in a project management and customer-facing environment preferred.
\n\tOver 2 years of experience in the clinical or research industry preferred.
\n\tSkill in creating and maintaining project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
\n\tExperience in managing project budgets to avoid cost overruns.
\n\tAbility to achieve results through collaborative efforts with others.
\n\tKnowledge of Laboratory Operations, and Central Laboratory Functions (kits\/supplies, logistics, specimen storage, data reporting, site alerts, etc.)
\n\tAbility to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
\n\tExperience in successfully leading large, global, and complex Phase I-IV clinical trials preferred.<\/p>\n
