Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tReceive inbound calls from policyholders in a contact centre environment.
\n\tProcess billing transactions on behalf of policyholders, which include telephone payments and account adjustments.
\n\tAccurately interpret and verify billing transactions.
\n\tRespond to simple as well as complex billing inquiries from policyholders.
\n\tProvide policyholders with technical support on the client systems.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12\u202f(Mandatory)
\n\t6+ call centre experience
\n\t12 months customer service\u00a0
\n\tSoft skills & Telecommunications Experience (Advantageous)\u202f
\n\tComputer Literacy (MS Office, Social Media, Online, Navigation)\u202f
\n\tGood articulation of the English language (Spoken and Written)\u202f
\n\tExcellent telephone etiquette and service delivery skills<\/p>\n
