RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tActively assist immediate supervisor and manager in writing and implementing work instructions in line with QMS.
\n\tQuality control of incoming \/ inter-process and dispatch of Radioactive containers.
\n\tQuality control checking of equipment repaired \/ serviced \/ calibrated in the Mechanical and Electronic workshops.
\n\tIssuing certificates of calibration and conformance new \/ repair product.
\n\tFiling and administration of Quality Management records.
\n\tDangerous goods packing.
\n\tAssist to Perform weekly stock takes in Radiation store.
\n\tGenerating non-conformance and \/ or corrective \/ preventative action reports.
\n\tDimensional quality control checking of incoming goods new.
\n\tPerform Quality control on production parts\/sub-assembly\/completed product.
\n\tManage engraving\/powder coating functions of raw items \/semi-completed received.
\n\tPerform Quality control of Link-type and disposable type source assembly.
\n\tPerform SAP receipt of goods, transfer of goods to Stores\/dispatch, external manufacturing to
\n\t3rd parties and failed items to QC quarantine.
\n\tPerform receipt of goods.
\n\tMonthly review of quarantine\/failed items to be scrapped.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tAppropriate QC Certification \/ Quality Control \/ Internal Auditing and work experience \u2013 advantageous
\n\tISO 9001 Implementation \/ Awareness \/ Auditing
\n\tTQMS Diploma \u2013 advantageous
\n\tDriver\u2019s Licence
\n\t2 Years in a similar position<\/p>\n
