What You\u2019ll Own<\/p>\n
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance<\/p>\n
\tUphold the highest standards of ISO, GSOP, and legal compliance.
\n\tEnsure all operational solutions adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
\n\tEmbed a “First-Time Resolution” culture within all customer interactions<\/p>\n
Strategic Customer Solutions & Onboarding<\/p>\n
\tDesign and implement bespoke, complex operational processes (BIC solutions).
\n\tLead major customer onboarding, including readiness assessments and gap analysis.
\n\tPartner with Sales on RFIs\/RFQs, contract reviews, and technical approvals.<\/p>\n
Financial Management & CAPEX<\/p>\n
\tTake ownership of In-house P&L and monthly cost performance trends.
\n\tDrive cost-control procedures and assist with CAPEX forecasting for staffing and equipment.
\n\tEnsure billing accuracy and timely revenue collection.<\/p>\n
Performance & Relationship Management<\/p>\n
\tAct as the strategic interface between Sales, IT, Finance, and Operations.
\n\tLead Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews (QBRs\/MBRs).
\n\tUtilize data-driven insights and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to drive continuous improvement<\/p>\n
Network Integrity & Control<\/p>\n
\tLead the Network Operations Control (NOC) and Joint Operations Control (JOC) for South Africa.
\n\tEnsure strict adherence to security protocols and shipment integrity.
\n\tManage cross-functional incidents, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and resolved<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n
\t5\u20137 years\u2019 experience in logistics\/transportation and operational management.
\n\tProven ability to design and implement complex customer solutions.
\n\tStrong knowledge of compliance, GSOP, and express network operations.
\n\tExpertise in cost management, risk mitigation, and process optimization.
\n\tBusiness-related qualification (Postgraduate in Business Management is an advantage).
\n\tCross-regional or multi-country experience preferred.<\/p>\n
