Business Development<\/p>\n<p>\tAchieving and exceeding sales targets across assigned product portfolios<br \/>\n\tDeveloping and executing territory sales strategies aligned to business objectives<br \/>\n\tIdentifying and securing new business opportunities<br \/>\n\tManaging full capital equipment sales cycles, including:<br \/>\n\tProspecting<br \/>\n\tQuotations<br \/>\n\tNegotiations<br \/>\n\tClosing<br \/>\n\tDriving cross-selling and upselling opportunities across product lines<\/p>\n<p>Clinical &amp; Technical Support<\/p>\n<p>\tProviding product demonstrations, in-servicing, and training to healthcare professionals<br \/>\n\tSupporting clinical procedures and ensuring optimal product utilisation<br \/>\n\tActing as a subject matter expert across GI, Respiratory, Endo Therapy, and Infection Prevention solutions<br \/>\n\tEnsuring safe and compliant use of equipment and consumables<\/p>\n<p>Customer Relationship Management<\/p>\n<p>\tBuilding and maintaining relationships with:<br \/>\n\tClinicians<br \/>\n\tNursing staff<br \/>\n\tProcurement teams<br \/>\n\tHospital management<br \/>\n\tDeveloping and maintaining Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within assigned territories<br \/>\n\tManaging customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support<br \/>\n\tEnsuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention<\/p>\n<p>Portfolio &amp; Market Development<\/p>\n<p>\tPromoting the full solution offering, including:<br \/>\n\tCapital equipment<br \/>\n\tConsumables<br \/>\n\tService contracts<br \/>\n\tMonitoring competitor activity and market trends<br \/>\n\tSupporting product launches and marketing initiatives<br \/>\n\tMaintaining accurate pipelines, CRM data, and sales forecasts<\/p>\n<p>Administration &amp; Compliance<\/p>\n<p>\tPreparing quotations, tenders, and pricing proposals<br \/>\n\tManaging territory reporting and market feedback<br \/>\n\tSupporting stock management and order processing where applicable<br \/>\n\tEnsuring compliance with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and tender requirements<\/p>\n<p>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR<br \/>\nKey Requirements<br \/>\nDiploma or Degree in:<\/p>\n<p>\tMedical Sciences<br \/>\n\tNursing<br \/>\n\tBiomedical Engineering<br \/>\n\tSales<br \/>\n\tOr related field<br \/>\n\tMinimum 3\u20135 years&#8217;
