This role will lead the Payroll and Benefits team across multiple jurisdictions as well as relationships with external providers. \u00a0The Associate Director will also work closely with the Head of Reward on all payroll and benefits activities, and ensuring JTC remains an Employer of Choice through payroll and benefits initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES<\/p>\n<p>STRATEGY AND TEAM<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and deliver a Payroll and Benefits strategy that supports the Group\u2019s goals and values and plays a key role in how JTC attracts and retains employees.<br \/>\n\tOversee the effective delivery of the Payroll and Benefits provision in line with the reward strategy.<br \/>\n\tLead, coach, develop and motivate the Payroll and Benefits team members, lead monthly team meetings and mentor junior staff members.<br \/>\n\tOversee the Payroll and Benefits aspects relating to acquisitions and new offices.<br \/>\n\tMonitor legislation for ongoing and proposed changes on laws and regulations related to Payroll and Benefits in various countries and communicate changes to internal stakeholders as necessary.<br \/>\n\tWork closely with the HR team to support on matters relating to global mobility and secondments, providing sound knowledge, guidance and resources.<br \/>\n\tProvide meaningful statistics, management information and analytics in relation to Payroll and Benefits, including DE&amp;I reporting.<\/p>\n<p>PAYROLL<\/p>\n<p>\tResponsible for the oversight and provision of the Group\u2019s payroll function across multiple jurisdictions.<br \/>\n\tLead the implementation of JTC\u2019s new global payroll provider, ADP. Ensure the project is delivered on time and a seamless transition for existing providers.<br \/>\n\tEnsure the design and delivery of payroll processes across the Group are robust and efficient to minimise any risk to the Group; review and sign off monthly payrolls and ensure any absences are managed to ensure payroll deadlines are met.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all tax related matters regarding application, reporting submissions and payments are managed in line with local requirements.<\/p>\n<p>BENFEITS<\/p>\n<p>\tResponsible for the provision of the Group\u2019s benefit and wellbeing offering, ensuring it remains competitive, fit for purpose, and where possible in line with market expectations.<br \/>\n\tLead the implementation of JTC\u2019s new global benefits broker. Ensure the project is delivered on time and a seamless transition for existing providers.<br \/>\n\tOversee the design and delivery of competitive, equitable, and legally compliant benefits programs, including health and wellness benefits, retirement plans, and other benefits.<br \/>\n\tLead market research, benchmarking and analyse internal data to ensure that benefits programs are competitive and meet industry standards across various geographies and cultures as well as ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all strategies and policies are focused on diversity and inclusiveness to ensure accessibility and equality of approach to all employees and that they are in compliance with laws and regulations in various countries.<br \/>\n\tManage relationships with external vendors, including payroll consultants, benefits\/payroll providers, and other third-party vendors.<\/p>\n<p>WELLBEING<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and improve current wellbeing strategy and program, using information received from wellbeing and engagement surveys and aligning to the Group\u2019s values and goals.<\/p>\n<p>GENERAL<\/p>\n<p>\tActively contribute and be a key member of a multi-jurisdictional HR team building effective working relationships to ensure procedures are accurately followed, allowing for continuity of service during busy periods or times of absence.<br \/>\n\tMaintain the highest standard of confidentiality and security in terms of employee data and business information. Treat all HR data in line with GDPR and maintain an ongoing awareness of GDPR legislation.<br \/>\n\tUphold the professional standards expected of an HR practitioner and act as a role model of excellence with all clients, internally and externally.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accuracy when handling either employee or company specific data and ensure that the integrity of process is maintained.<br \/>\n\tContribute to the wider HR team, supporting ad hoc projects, exchanging knowledge and supporting standards of good practice.<br \/>\n\tDevelop self and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.<br \/>\n\t\u00a0Consistently demonstrate JTC core values and expected behaviours.<br \/>\n\tAdhere to Risk &amp; Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.<br \/>\n\tAdhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level.<br \/>\n\tAny other duties as deemed necessary by Management.<\/p>\n<p>ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>\t10+ years of experience in payroll and benefits or similar within a Professional Services organisation, including experience in a leadership role.<br \/>\n\tAccounting qualification or a Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, human resources, finance, or a related field; Master\u2019s degree preferred. \u00a0<br \/>\n\tStrong understanding of global payroll and benefit principles, practices, and regulations, including gender pay gap reporting requirements and statutory pay requirements where applicable.<br \/>\n\tStrong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and make data-driven decisions.<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across various geographies and cultures.<br \/>\n\tStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.<br \/>\n\tStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.<br \/>\n\tAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.<br \/>\n\tExperience with global payroll and benefits software and systems.<br \/>\n\t\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/www.jtcgroup.com ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"JTC Group","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.jtcgroup.com","_company_tagline":"We are JTC, an independent, award-winning provider of fund, corporate and fiduciary services to institutional and private clients.
