Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, and Rustenburg.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Purpose of the Role<\/p>\n<p>\tThe Regional Sales Specialist will drive a regional ownership model that ensures sharper commercial focus, stronger stakeholder relationship management, and improved return on investment from both existing and new fibre builds.<br \/>\n\tThis role is responsible for driving FTTH and SME sales growth through strategic ISP partnerships, community engagement initiatives, and regional business development activities.<br \/>\n\tThe successful candidate will act as the commercial link between regional stakeholders, ISP partners, and Frogfoot operations, ensuring sustainable growth, customer retention, and market competitiveness across the Central Region.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\tAchieve FTTH and SME sales targets through regional ISP partnerships and local sales initiatives.<br \/>\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, management companies, and estate Homeowners Associations (HOAs).<br \/>\n\tCoordinate and execute community engagement initiatives, roadshows, activations, and awareness campaigns within Frogfoot-covered areas.<br \/>\n\tAct as the commercial and facilitation liaison between ISP partners and Frogfoot\u2019s regional operational teams.<br \/>\n\tMonitor regional churn and implement customer retention and loyalty initiatives.<br \/>\n\tIdentify local expansion opportunities and provide input into regional network planning.<br \/>\n\tGather and provide on-the-ground market intelligence to support competitive analysis and pricing strategies.<br \/>\n\tSupport regional network maintenance and service assurance initiatives where required.<br \/>\n\tAssist with the execution and rollout of new regional projects and fibre deployments.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer and stakeholder experiences.<\/p>\n<p>What You\u2019ll Need to Know<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong understanding of FTTH, SME connectivity solutions, and the telecommunications industry.<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of regional sales strategies, customer acquisition, and retention principles.<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding of stakeholder management within residential estates, property groups, and ISP environments.<br \/>\n\tAbility to interpret market trends, competitor activity, and regional business opportunities.<br \/>\n\tExperience coordinating regional marketing initiatives and community engagement campaigns.<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding of operational collaboration between commercial and technical teams.<br \/>\n\tAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\n\tStrong reporting, communication, and relationship management capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>Skills and Experience That Will Help You Succeed<\/p>\n<p>\tProven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the telecommunications, fibre, ISP, or technology industry.<br \/>\n\tExperience working with FTTH and SME connectivity solutions.<br \/>\n\tExperience building and maintaining relationships with property developers, estate HOAs, management companies, and ISP partners.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated ability to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.<br \/>\n\tExperience coordinating community engagement initiatives, activations, roadshows, or regional marketing campaigns.<br \/>\n\tExperience analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to support commercial decision-making.<br \/>\n\tStrong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.<br \/>\n\tStrong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities.<br \/>\n\tExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.<br \/>\n\tStrong planning, organisational, and project coordination abilities.<br \/>\n\tAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across
