Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tActive member of a church congregation (non-negotiable)
\n\tStrong computer literacy
\n\tWell-presented with a neat and professional appearance
\n\tExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
\n\tStrong organisational and administrative abilities
\n\tAbility to work well with people and manage multiple tasks<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tManage the reception area and welcome visitors in a professional manner
\n\tAnswer and direct incoming calls and enquiries
\n\tProvide general administrative and office support
\n\tCoordinate and assist with the planning and organisation of functions and events
\n\tLiaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal stakeholders for events
\n\tMaintain schedules, bookings, and function-related arrangements
\n\tEnsure smooth communication between departments and visitors
\n\tAssist with general office coordination and operational tasks<\/p>\n
