The role sits at the intersection of operations, client relationship management, and business development support \u2013 freeing the Business Consultants to focus on revenue-generating activities whilst the Relationship Manager ensures the engine behind the scenes runs smoothly.<br \/>\n\tThis is an excellent opportunity for a driven, commercially curious individual who wants to build a career in financial services. Over time, this role offers a natural pathway into a Business Consultant position for the right candidate.<br \/>\n\tThe ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and a natural relationship builder who takes genuine pride in doing things properly. You will be the connective tissue between the company&#8217;s internal teams, the Business Consultants, and our partner network.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Operations Support<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport Business Consultants with partner queries, transaction statuses, and day-to-day operational requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses that uphold the company&#8217;s service standards.<br \/>\n\tManage month-end partner administration, including reconciliation support, statement distribution, and follow-up on outstanding items.<br \/>\n\tMaintain the CRM system with discipline and accuracy \u2013 updating contact information, logging meeting notes and key discussion points, tracking follow-up actions, and ensuring overall data integrity so that the team has reliable, up-to-date partner information always.<br \/>\n\tAssist with the coordination and logistics of partner events, including venue liaison, invitations, materials preparation, and on-the-day support.<br \/>\n\tSupport the preparation of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations for partner engagements.<br \/>\n\tProactively build knowledge of the company&#8217;s FX products, systems, processes, and compliance requirements to become a credible and informed point of contact for partners.<\/p>\n<p>Client &amp; Partner Relationship Management<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct regular in-person visits to partners across the Cape Town region for relationship building, training delivery, and process updates \u2013 maintaining a visible, trusted presence within the partner network.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tManage and coordinate the quarterly meeting schedule, ensuring all required partner touchpoints are planned, confirmed, and executed on time.<br \/>\n\tAttend client and partner meetings alongside Business Consultants to support relationship development, take notes, and ensure agreed actions are followed up promptly.<br \/>\n\tDeliver partner training sessions on the company&#8217;s products, processes, and platforms, and provide structured follow-ups to reinforce learning and resolve any outstanding questions.<br \/>\n\tCultivate strong working relationships with the company&#8217;s internal support teams \u2013 including settlements, compliance, and operations \u2013 to ensure seamless partner servicing and quick resolution of issues.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and flag potential business development opportunities observed during partner visits or interactions, passing these to the relevant Business Consultant for follow-up.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric (essential) plus a completed undergraduate degree \u2013 preferably in Commerce, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.<br \/>\n\tA postgraduate qualification or additional studies in financial services, investments, or wealth management would be advantageous.<br \/>\n\tFAIS compliant or actively willing to complete the required regulatory examinations (RE5) as part of onboarding at the company.<br \/>\n\t1\u20133 years\u2019 experience in a client-facing, sales support, or relationship management role within financial services, wealth management, or a related professional services environment.<br \/>\n\tExperience in or working knowledge of the Wealth and Asset Management industry is advantageous \u2013 understanding the context in which the company&#8217;s partners operate will accelerate your effectiveness in the role.<br \/>\n\tExperience managing or maintaining a CRM system, with a strong understanding of the importance of data accuracy in a commercial environment.<br \/>\n\tEntrepreneurial experience or a demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and self-direction is advantageous.<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>catchrecruitcoza.simplify.hr<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/catchrecruitcoza.simplify.hr","_company_name":"Catch","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"At Catch Recruit, our mission is simple: to connect exceptional talent with the right opportunities, ensuring a perfect blend of professional skills and cultural fit.
