Overview<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking an experienced Manager: Dealer Commissions to oversee end-to-end dealer commission accounting, reporting, controls, and financial operations within a fast-paced telecommunications environment. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial insight, manage reporting processes, drive compliance, and support operational decision-making.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tManage the end-to-end Dealer Commissions finance and accounting process
\n\tReview and analyse monthly financial reports, accruals, provisions, and commission-related transactions
\n\tPrepare and present financial reporting, KPI\/KFI reporting, and management insights to senior leadership
\n\tEnsure accurate Balance Sheet and Income Statement reporting
\n\tOversee SAP and HFM reporting processes
\n\tDrive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies
\n\tManage controls, compliance, audits, and risk mitigation within Finance Operations
\n\tSupport budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management processes
\n\tEngage with stakeholders on commercial agreements and accounting impacts
\n\tLead and manage the Dealer Commissions team<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12
\n\tBCom in Accounting or related field (essential)
\n\tCA(SA) advantageous
\n\t8+ years’ financial\/accounting experience
\n\tPrevious supervisory\/management experience
\n\tStrong SAP and HFM experience
\n\tStrong reporting, analytical, and financial management skills
\n\tICT \/ Telecommunications industry experience advantageous
\n\tExperience with IFRS 15, financial controls, and process optimisation<\/p>\n
