\tTo record, investigate and resolve Customer issues with the view to improve organizational performance and systems.<\/p>\n
DUTIES \/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tTo be accountable and take ownership of Customer concerns, showing empathy, credibility, and confidence
\n\tDetermines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements
\n\tHandle sensitive situations in a calm constructive manner whilst showing effectiveness in high-pressure situations
\n\tHighly motivated individual who displays accountability for achieving individual and team goals and objectives
\n\tResponsible for promoting and enhancing positive customer relationships
\n\tProcesses all calls using professional telephone etiquette
\n\tExpertly uses CRM to capture calls accurately, confidently navigating screens to search, create, view and update Customer records, controlling the call through to resolution
\n\tContributes to the success of the Customer Care Team by working together to build a positive team environment
\n\tAbility to handle multiple tasks and adjust conversation style depending on nature of incoming call<\/p>\n
EDUCATION:<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12
\n\tCustomer Care \/ Call Centre certificate would be an advantage
\n\tRE & FAIS \u2013 added advantage<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:<\/p>\n
\tGood computer skills (MS Outlook, Word)
\n\tMotor industry knowledge an advantage
\n\tMust have a minimum of 2 \u2013 3 years\u2019\u00a0service advisory experience within the motor industry OR
\n\tMust have a minimum of 2 – 3 years Customer Service experience\u00a0within a competitive environment
\n\tMust have a strong desire to resolve customer issues
\n\tStrong problem-solving skills
\n\tStrong communication skills (verbal and written) \u2013 excellent grammar and articulation
\n\tMust have excellent active listening skills
\n\tMust also be able to read, speak and understand English (any other languages would be an added advantage)
\n\tExcellent telephone skills (professional telephone etiquette) and the ability to communicate with enthusiasm and drive
\n\tSocial media experience preferrable
\n\tConflict management skills
\n\tDeadline driven
\n\tConsumer Protection Act knowledge an advantage
\n\tResilience
\n\tExcellent work ethics
\n\tTeam player
\n\tComputer literate – Microsoft CRM beneficial
\n\tBe able to help and resolve all levels of queries and complaints
\n\tExcellent time management<\/p>\n
