REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\t3\u20135 years\u2019 experience as a Litigation Secretary in defended foreclosure matters.
\n\tProven experience handling defended foreclosure cases, preferably involving Standard Bank.
\n\tProficient in My Attorneys and CACS (bank-related systems).
\n\tExperience working with GhostPractice.
\n\tFamiliarity with CaseLines.
\n\tStrong dictation and typing skills.
\n\tStrong communication skills.<\/p>\n
DUTIES:<\/p>\n
\tManaging case files and documentation, ensuring that all files are current, accurate, and well organized.
\n\tPerform general administrative duties relevant to a defended foreclosure department.
\n\tDrafting and processing legal documentation under attorney supervision, including:
\n\tMotions.\u00a0
\n\tPleadings.
\n\tNotices.\u00a0
\n\tSheriff\u2019s letters.
\n\tOther litigation-related documents.
\n\tManaging and maintaining case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
\n\tLiaising professionally with clients, defendants, counterparts, and other stakeholders.
\n\tCoordinating with legal professionals to ensure:
\n\tTimely court filings.
\n\tAttendance at court appearances.
\n\tAccurate reporting and client feedback.
\n\tMaintaining efficient workflow and providing administrative support within the department.
