Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
We require\u00a0graduates\u00a0with a degree or diploma in the following qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tMarketing Management
\n\tBusiness Management \/ Business Administration
\n\tHuman Resource Management \/ Industrial Psychology
\n\tDigital \/ Marketing \/ Ecommerce
\n\tIT Project Administration \/ Project Management
\n\tIT information systems \/ Business information Technology
\n\tGraduates\u00a0from TVET Colleges and HET Institution to complete the 18-month practical<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):<\/p>\n
\tRequired to attend all on-boarding \/ induction programmes and meetings which provide information about different functions of the company
\n\tExecute duties as required, under the supervision of senior employees
\n\tPerform research and document trends within the various functions of the company such as for instance new technology that can be implemented, best practices, etc.
\n\tVisit different locations \/ stores in order to get hands on working experience
\n\tMake presentations on the basis of which he or she may be evaluated
\n\tPerform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.<\/p>\n
