\tDrive sales and provide a desirable client experience in order to ensure that standards are maintained as well as to build and maintain brand image.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
ACHIEVE COUNTER SALES TARGETS<\/p>\n
\tAchieve monthly and annual set budgets
\n\tTrack counter and individual targets
\n\tSell and drive sales in order to achieve targets
\n\tAssist in setting up and driving sales at Counter events
\n\tProvide feedback on sales\/counter related issues or concerns<\/p>\n
BRAND MANAGEMENT<\/p>\n
\tIncrease brand awareness and image through ensuring adherence to grooming and uniform guidelines
\n\tMonitor competitor activity
\n\tKnow your in-store ranking
\n\tEnsure that stock is merchandised according to merchandising guidelines
\n\tKnow your stock versus tester ratio and report out of stocks RDM daily to drive sales and maintain an exceptional client experience
\n\tEnsure that counter hygiene standards are maintained according to brand standards at all times<\/p>\n
CLIENT EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tUphold and reinforce the Client experience standards
\n\tBuild relationships and loyalty with clients
\n\tDrive increased customer data base (attraction of NEW customers)<\/p>\n
ADMINISTRATION<\/p>\n
\tComplete daily tracking sheets and submit weekly to RDM
\n\tComplete all progress reports required and submit timeously
\n\tComplete and update client cards for all new and existing clients and file accordingly<\/p>\n
TEAM WORK<\/p>\n
\tWork in collaboration with other colleagues to drive and execute overall budgets as well as supporting events
\n\tSupport and assist new team members with onboarding and orientation
\n\tBuild relationships with respective retailer to achieve key outputs<\/p>\n
