{"id":36623,"date":"2026-05-26T14:02:17","date_gmt":"2026-05-26T14:02:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/head-integrated-benefits-sales-consultant-pg09-sls-sanlamconnect-gauteng-north-mbombela-branch-manager-pretori\/"},"modified":"2026-05-26T14:02:56","modified_gmt":"2026-05-26T14:02:56","slug":"head-integrated-benefits-sales-consultant-pg09-sls-sanlamconnect-gauteng-north-mbombela-branch-manager-pretori","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/head-integrated-benefits-sales-consultant-pg09-sls-sanlamconnect-gauteng-north-mbombela-branch-manager-pretori\/","title":{"rendered":"Head Integrated Benefits \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Sales Consultant (PG09): SLS: SanlamConnect: Gauteng North: Mbombela \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Branch Manager-Pretoria \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Legal Consultant : SanlamConnect: East Coast Region : Umhlanga: Re-run"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Overall Purpose of the Role<\/p>\n<p>\tAs the Head of Integrated Benefits you be responsible for establishing and leading the centralised actuarial pricing capability within the Client Experience (CX) function.<br \/>\n\tThe role focuses on optimisation of the whole client relationship and ensures that integrated employer solutions spanning Group Risk, Umbrella Retirement, Health\/Wellness, Booost Loyalty, and emerging Banking App capabilities are priced sustainably, competitively, and in alignment with Sanlam Corporate\u2019s client strategy.<br \/>\n\tThe position is responsible for designing the economic engine behind client-centric value propositions, improving scheme-level profitability, driving retention and acquisition, and supporting the development of holistic, outcomes-based offerings.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and own the integrated pricing framework across Group Risk, Retirement, Health\/Wellness, Loyalty (Booost), and Banking App value propositions.<br \/>\n\tDesign employer-level and member-level economic models, including scheme profitability, experience rating, lifetime value (LTV), and cross-product pricing.<br \/>\n\tBuild and maintain pricing models that support bundled solutions and integrated value propositions for employers, trustees, and institutional clients.<br \/>\n\tPartner with Product, Finance, Data, Distribution, and CX teams to ensure pricing assumptions align with operational realities, client needs, and actuarial standards.<br \/>\n\tLead actuarial design of Booost loyalty reward structures, ensuring cost sustainability, behaviour-driven economics, and regulatory compliance.<br \/>\n\tOwnership of Sanlam Corporate\u2019s financial wellness solutions (such as Optimise)<br \/>\n\tCollaborate on the development of Banking App capabilities, advising on behaviourlinked pricing, embedded insurance, and financial wellbeing interventions.<br \/>\n\tWork with Distribution and CX to support RFQs, renewals, and strategic employer engagements with transparent and evidence-based pricing insights.<br \/>\n\tMonitor claims experience from reward utilisation, digital engagement metrics, and scheme profitability;
