Purpose<\/p>\n
\tThis role is responsible for the configuration, enhancement, support, optimisation and lifecycle management of enterprise business systems within SABN, ensuring secure, resilient, data-driven and future-ready application platforms and maintaining operational stability of mission critical systems. \u00a0<\/p>\n
Main Responsibilities (not limited to):<\/p>\n
\tProvide effective support for enterprise business applications to ensure high system availability, operational stability, and minimal disruption to business operations.
\n\tEnsure the availability of complementary external support to supplement internal capacity as required to meet business demand.
\n\tTranslate business needs into effective system solutions that improve operational efficiency and support organisational objectives.
\n\tIdentify and support the implementation of modern digital tools and technologies that enhance business processes, improve productivity, and enable innovation.
\n\tEnsure business applications generate accurate and accessible data to support reporting, analytics, and informed decision-making across the organisation.
\n\tFacilitate integration between enterprise systems and support automation of business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
\n\tSupport secure application configurations, access controls, and compliance with organisational ICT governance and cybersecurity standards.
\n\tEnsure applications remain current, supported, and aligned with emerging technology trends such as cloud platforms, intelligent systems, and advanced analytics.
\n\tPerform reasonable value-add ad hoc duties or activities that are beyond normal scope of work, when requested.<\/p>\n
The Preferred Candidate is likely to have:<\/p>\n
\tBTech: Information Technology; BSc. Computer Science or BCom in Information Systems (essential)
\n\tITIL certification
\n\tERP or enterprise application certifications
\n\tBusiness Analysis certification
\n\t3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in supporting enterprise business applications.
\n\tExperience in application support, troubleshooting, and system configuration.
\n\tExperience in business analysis and translating business requirements into system solutions.
\n\tExperience working with ERP or similar enterprise systems.
\n\tExperience supporting system integrations and working with service providers.<\/p>\n
Knowledge and Skills:<\/p>\n
\tAdvanced systems integration and data interfaces.
\n\tAdvanced enterprise business applications and system configurations.
\n\tAdvanced application lifecycle management.
\n\tWell-developed knowledge of ICT service management practices (ITIL).
\n\tWell-developed business acumen.
\n\tApplication support and troubleshooting.
\n\tAnalytical and problem-solving ability.<\/p>\n
