ABOUT THE ROLE<\/p>\n
\tThe Nurture Healthcare Group requires a Registered Nurse who will be based at our Nurture Cape View physical rehabilitation facility, reporting to the Nursing Manager.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS\/TRAINING<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 with the relevant nursing qualifications
\n\tRegistered with the South African Nursing Council
\n\t3 years or more experience as a Registered Nurse within a high care environment
\n\tRehabilitation experience is an advantage<\/p>\n
KEY COMPETENCIES<\/p>\n
\tComputer literacy
\n\tStrong clinical skills with high attention to detail
\n\tFluent in English (speak, read, and write)
\n\tExcellent interpersonal skills and a team player
\n\tAbility to adapt to daily changes in workload
\n\tProfessional and ethical conduct in all undertakings
\n\tFlexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
\n\tCommitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for patients and their families
\n\tAwareness of risk management and quality standards
\n\tKnowledge of health and safety regulations
