Purpose of the Role:<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Ecommerce Studio Lead plays a pivotal role in bringing that story to life online, ensuring that every image reflects the quality and aesthetic integrity of the Weylandts brand.
\n\tThis is a photography and studio leadership role, where you will be responsible for the end-to-end output, consistency, and excellence of the ecommerce studio.
\n\tYou will take ownership of the studio\u2019s performance, leading a small team and creating a professional, efficient environment where beautiful, consistent, on-brand imagery is produced at pace.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Studio Leadership & Output<\/p>\n
\tOwn and manage all ecommerce studio deliverables
\n\tLead and coordinate the studio team, working closely with the DC operations supervisor.
\n\tEnsure efficient workflows, planning, and on-time delivery<\/p>\n
Photography & Styling<\/p>\n
\tShoot and style product pack shots
\n\tEnsure consistency in lighting, composition, and styling across all imagery
\n\tWork across both studio and occasionally in-store environments<\/p>\n
Quality Control & Brand Alignment<\/p>\n
\tMaintain and uphold ecommerce visual standards across all assets
\n\tReview and approve final images before publishing
\n\tEnsure alignment with website guidelines and brand aesthetic<\/p>\n
Operations & Administration<\/p>\n
\tManage image library, tagging, and archiving in collaboration with Retoucher.
\n\tMaintain studio equipment and environment
\n\tContinuously improve processes for efficiency and consistency<\/p>\n
Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tReport to the Ecommerce & Content Lead
\n\tWork closely with Internal stakeholders to ensure output meets company standards overall<\/p>\n
Required Experience & Skills:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3+ years\u2019 experience in product or ecommerce photography
\n\tExperience leading or managing a small team
\n\tStrong technical knowledge of studio lighting and photography equipment
\n\tProficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
\n\tProduct styling ability and attention to detail<\/p>\n
